Het jaar 2022 staat voor PSV Handbal bol van de activiteiten, toernooien en evenementen voor zowel de jeugd als de volwassen leden. Van handbal clinics als alternatief voor het kersthandbaltoernooi tot het jaarlijkse Hemelvaarttoernooi en beachhandbaltoernooi, er is voor elk wat wils. Dit artikel biedt een overzicht van de geplande evenementen, belangrijke data en andere relevante informatie.
Handbal Clinics voor de Schooljeugd (Maart 2022)
Als vervanging voor het kersthandbaltoernooi, dat helaas niet door kon gaan, organiseerde PSV Handbal handbal clinics voor de schooljeugd. Deze clinics vonden plaats op donderdag 3 maart (voor groep 3 t/m 5) en vrijdag 4 maart (voor groep 6 t/m 8). Met 22 deelnemers die zich al hadden aangemeld, waren de clinics een succesvolle manier om de jeugd te betrekken bij de handbalsport.
Hemelvaarttoernooi (Mei 2022)
Een van de hoogtepunten van het jaar is het jaarlijkse PSV Handbal Hemelvaarttoernooi. In 2022 vond dit toernooi plaats op 26 en 27 mei. De nieuwe locatie voor het toernooi was op de velden van Nieuw Woensel, gelegen op Sportpark Eindhoven-Noord te Eindhoven. Dit toernooi is een belangrijke gebeurtenis voor de vereniging en trekt teams en supporters uit de hele regio. Het Hemelvaarttoernooi staat bekend om zijn sportieve uitdagingen en gezellige sfeer.
Ledenvergadering (Juni 2022)
Vanwege de aanhoudende corona maatregelen was het noodzakelijk om de ledenvergadering uit te stellen. Uiteindelijk werd de vergadering gepland aan het einde van de zaalcompetitie. Rekening houdend met de vakanties van de voorzitter en penningmeester, werd vrijdag 10 juni als voorlopige datum vastgesteld. Er werd overwogen om de ledenvergadering te combineren met een feestavond, maar verdere details hierover werden later bekendgemaakt. Het was belangrijk voor de leden om deze datum vrij te houden.
Handbaltoernooi in Heerle (Juli 2022)
Op 3 juli 2022 namen diverse teams van PSV Handbal deel aan het handbaltoernooi in Heerle. Dit toernooi is een jaarlijkse traditie waar veel teams van de vereniging graag aan deelnemen.

Jeugdreisje (Juli 2022)
Het jaarlijkse jeugdreisje stond gepland voor 8, 9 en 10 juli 2022. Dit reisje is een populaire activiteit onder de jeugdleden en biedt een weekend vol plezier, sport en ontspanning. Het is een uitgelezen kans voor de jeugd om elkaar beter te leren kennen en de teamgeest te bevorderen.
Beachhandbaltoernooi (Juli 2022)
Een ander sportief hoogtepunt was het beachhandbaltoernooi, dat plaatsvond op 15, 16 en 17 juli 2022. De organisatie van dit toernooi kon rekenen op de hulp van vrijwilligers, maar extra hulp was altijd welkom.
